Thank you for your interest in NetCash and the NetBank Payment System.

NetCash is a new form of online currency that may be used by anyone who has
an electronic mail address.  No specialized hardware or software is
required.  Only the computer system that you're currently using for e-mail,
is needed.  

NetCash is traded simply by including it in an e-mail message, and sending
it from one person to another.   And, like real money, there are no
transaction fees incurred when NetCash is exchanged.  For this reason,
NetCash is ideally suited to be used as "online pocket change."  That is,
to exchange small amounts of money over the Internet.

The NetBank is the online transaction processing system that manages the
exchange of NetCash between users.  The NetBank is used to validate NetCash
"coupons," and to make change for users.  The NetBank also provides the
"currency exchange" service for converting between real money and NetCash. 
All NetBank service are performed free of change, except the currency
exchange.  The fee for converting between currencies is 2%.

Anyone who is currently operating an online business, is aware of the
need for an electronic payment system.  Whether you're operating a bulletin
board system or selling an on-line newsletter or magazine, being able to
collect payment from your customers is essential.  The NetBank provides a
way to receive these payments electronically.
